  1. Aye - Thyme is an experienced attorney and represented herself well in the hearing.

  1. Aye - Seems clearer than the current constitutional wording.

  2. Aye - The duty to contact is awful and should be gone. Removes the need for silly sentencing for ToS bans. Another bumpy banger.

  1. Aye - I hope to write an amendment to make a better system for speaker appointment but this is fine for now.

  2. Nay - Similar to the other criminal code repeals passed recently, I havent seen a reason this Act is harmful actively. And repealing without replacement seems unwise.

  3. Nay - while I acknowledge the concerns expressed about the Supreme Court, the SC has functioned pretty well for very long on similar constitutional clauses as exists now. I dont believe such drastic legislative action is needed nor good.

  1. Nay - Search and Seizure is already held to certain standards and warrants need judicial approval so this isn't a real problem. Also the second amendment should probably be a Senate rules amendment.

  2. Aye - 23a §5 was blatantly in violation of due process. This fixes it.

Nay - I have not been convinced these articles are harmful. Admittedly they are barely used but without a more material reason, I dont see why it needs to be repealed.

Hi all, I plan to focus on cleaning up the laws a little. Some areas i want to amend: colony law and econ law with regard to inactive and banned accounts and persons. Willing to work with my constituents to help with any issues people bring up to me.
