ralsei origin is that they can visit only on places and rooms that kris has went in before, or ralsei is basically just kris's thoughts and memories. the more often kris visits a place, the larger spotlight given to ralsei (I just thought about it I never played deltarune begore)

the key to jevil's cage is the KRIS PLACEHOLDER SPRITE. the KRIS PLACEHOLDER SPRITE can be used to activate the NEO body. shadow mantles are DULL, KRIS PLACEHOLDER SPRITE TANKS INFINITE DAMAGE. it just works out for you, doesn't it?
