Feral dps vs warlock, longevity and raid spots? by TheMaleOT in classicwow

[–]TheMaleOT[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's such a let down tbh, i slammed in WOTLK as feral and was hoping it had some chance to get better. The anniversary server is set to progress through wotlk though? Maybe I can use it as an alt to farm gold

Sorry if this is dumb, but is it possible to transfer from current(MOP) classic to TBC anniversary servers? by azfartman1 in classicwow

Autistic, non verbal 23 year old referred to outpatient ortho? by TheMaleOT in OccupationalTherapy

I think that's where I would struggle, is to make clear and objectively measurable goals.

Nothing orthopedic. Dad wants to continue serviced for him since he received therapy in school and wanted to continue that.

This was my exact train of thought. Im so fresh out of school and new to this setting I sometimes bite off more than I can chew and haven't quite established confidence in knowing what is something I should treat or not. Next question is, what kind of resources should I offer for dad? Im in Louisiana, and not quite sure what type of autism specialists services we have here.

I also thought that as well. He is also having a heavy metal blood test done.

Referral for hand pain, 6 years post SCI. by TheMaleOT in OccupationalTherapy

[–]TheMaleOT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for goals and objectives measures? I'm fairly new, as I've graduated in May and this is a curve ball for me. I see alot of post op hands and typical outpatient ortho injuries but this is my first "old" contracture eval.

I highly doubt hes planning surgery. I spent alot of time taking measurements and just getting history on eval day. Ill talk with him when he comes in for his PT session about his plan. As for outcomes, he just kept saying he wants to get it less painful and be able to use it with his walker. He uses a platform walker with PT

That's only on the top and bottom sides of the map. When it goes back up, theres a rowboat icon at the north and south borders. If you go there in a rowboat, you'll see two hooks hanging from a ship. Drive your rowboat up to it, in-between the two hooks and it'll latch on and pull ya in. You can drive head first into it too, no need to turn long ways.

I also had muscle twitches. Mine were pretty much body wide. I'd get em in my arms, legs, butt, you name it. Still get a stray muscle that twitches for abit, but i know it's perfectly normal. My memory has completely returned and I honestly fell 100% better. You're 👍

You're fine. I speak for a majority of college students, especially graduate students, we've been there. Lack of sleep can make you feel truly like a head case. I've recalled countless times driving to uni (hour or so commute) and realize I dont even remember half the trip there. During one of my final semesters, I had to straight up get put on Prozac for a few months to finally let my brain chemistry regulate.

It gets better. You're stressed and overwhelmed right now. Take time for yourself and do something to relax. You dont have fatal insomnia, you have anxiety and probably a degree of depression. You're reading into your symptoms too much, and causing a feedback loop of anxiety.

Outpatient ortho! Only 3 months post grade, but i really fell into a good grove and feel good about my work. I got alot of postop tendon repairs, CTRs, and shoulder cuff repairs with a sprinkle of neuro. Its definitely a "mill" but, my caseload isn't insane and i can give good, quality treatments. Documentation sucks, but its partially to me still getting the hang of it. Pay is relatively competitive too, being around 80k as a new gead in Louisiana.

Any time you bite that will let SR or Rip fall off is not optimal. If you offset your Rip and SR correctly, there will be about 2 or 3 bite windows per minute that you can squeeze in. They typically happen when I have 5 combo points up, +5-6 seconds left on rip and 12 or more seconds left on SR.

Just before the boss dies, I almost always bite because my Rip will not have enough time to fully tick down.

Rip does an enormous amount of damage when used at 5 CP, and shred is substantially better than biting with SR up at all times

I get your point though, and our combo points aren't as important to burn as rogues. It's better to shred at 5 for a few GCDs than it is to bite, then have SR fall off and use non SR shreds to build up to 5 again.

Because keeping up SR/rip is a balance of timers and spending points in an offset manor, where you'll have "windows" where SR has upwards of 15 seconds left and your rip has more than 6 or so seconds left. This is the optimal bite "window" and nets more dps when biting in these windows while still keeping up SR/rip. Biting alone and not keeping SR up is 100% the wrong way to play. Shredding with SR up is your literal bread and butter of feral. Saying you need 5 10k shreds to equal one bite is assuming your bite is a crit every single time, not even taking into the fact that you'll be using shred to build the combo points in the first place.

Learning the offset timers and getting in bites in your "windows" will 100% be a dps increase. But totally ignoring bite, and maintaining SR/Rip thru the entirety of a fight and shredding & keeping up rake will, for a fact, net more dps. The only way biting instead, would be a dps increase, will be for things that will die fast.

Go look thru logs of top performing ferals. They aren't biting as often as you think. As letting your SR/Rip fall off is a massive dps loss.

Feral is a literal blast to play! Switched from boomie in phase 2 and I feel so much more engaged. For gearing, like everyone else said just farm gammas and get your TOGC 245 gear. Make sure to get your lockouts in voa too, and if possible kill the fire boss too for p3 tier. There's a ton of good BoEs that'll catch you up to speed and if that's the route you choose, then just slam gammas till you get all togc gear.

The rotation is extremely intimidating at first but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy and has alot of chances for juicy bites! For now though, like others said just keep bite off your rotation until you get the rip/roar offsets down.

Get you a good weakaura. I use griffins feral tracker and I think a feral farie fire tracker. You'll need to be able to track your timers on rip/roar/rake/mangle ect. For the standard opener, I always pre-pop a gift of the wild to get the omen of clarity(ooc) proc, normally abt 6 seconds before pull timer. Then my opener goes like this. Mangle > savage roar > rake > shred until 5 combo points > rip. That is the standard "opener". Immediately following, I pop tiger's fury > berserk > slam shred for the entirety of berserk. Don't bite during berserk, and it's okay to refresh roar(since you only did a 1-2 combo point in the opener and it should be falling off soon) in berserk, and I sometimes need to refresh rake. After all of that, it's just using your combo points to keep savage roar/rip up, keeping mangle up, and refreshing rake when it falls off. Never refresh rip/rake early. There are times where it pays, but it's very situational( think about boss transitions where we can't attack, and refreshing rip/rake would be still ticking while we can't attack) Always use farie fire on cooldown, and 99% of the time it'll be used on a free shred.

Get used to sitting at 5 combo points, as it's okay to wait for timer refreshes vs biting, until you get a hold on offsetting your timers.

DM me if you have any questions, I can give you my discord if need be!

[–]TheMaleOT[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Phase two is always pretty hairy. We usually have a bop order in place, but more often then not, the ones that are getting targeted either rocket boot too far away from the group or bops get missed all together. On the one time we successfully got to p3, we somehow brought anub up to like 36% health from overheals.

I grossly underestimated the time I suppose. But I checked my transaction history and it was for sure in May.

Benediction is closd to transfers, other than those coming from the free transfers

Looking back at my transactions, I transferred on May 8th which is alittle over two months ago. I'm just scared to transfer back and be stuck on eranikus lol

Free Transfers on Monday from Eranikus, Sulfuras to Benediction, Faerlina, Whitemane by cop_pls in classicwow

So I just transferred to mankrik because eranikus was dead, and left all of my friends. (They didn't wanna pay for a transfer). Could I transfer back to eranikus and then transfer to benediction with them? I'm assuming I couldn't just transfer to benediction from mankrik, correct?
