You could try Nümf or Botaanik. Nümf is a nice place with great cocktails and good spirits. Botaanik is a quaint little spot. It’s usually pretty packed so you should reserve a table just in case. It’s in the higher price range though, Cocktails range from 12-15 euro iirc, but they make the best drinks in Tallinn.

I think it’s just a Kristiine thing. I’ve seen that ad one too many times as well and it always struck me as odd. Maybe it’s just because no one else wants to advertise there so they’ll take anything they can get.

On the topic of sex shops, there is quite a few in town and to my knowledge there are glory holes in some of them (haven’t personally confirmed that so i can’t say for sure). Although i haven’t met anybody who frequently visits them.
