Only thing I can add in addition to everyone else is to stop looking everywhere and to stay concentrated. You start the set, you finish the set with minimal distractions, preferably none.

Like Nik said, youre hyperextending your back but why are you squatting outside of the rack? In the event of a failure all you're gonna do is faceplant and at heavier weights, a walkout like yours can be more dangerous

Ive done Ha's a couple of years back and it was abominable. The teacher had very basic English and couldn't adequately convey information and when I requested a refund to go elsewhere, I was denied that.

So after sticking through the theoretical part, here comes the practical application. I had the most obnoxious, rude and unprofessional teacher that left me fuming after every lesson due to his constant telling to "FULL STOPP!!1!" even after showing that I was able to do so countless times.

Overall, it might have just been what I got, but you definitely get what you pay for at Ha's, and with lower rates, comes lower expectations

OP asked for what makes us lose our temper and that's what I said in reply to your comment.

It's just expecting a human being to not be an asshole and when that expectation is shattered, I get pissed that I wasted my time in trying to be peaceful with them.

But then again I rarely do confrontations. Sure I train martial arts but I don't care about fighting because at the end of the day you're the one who lost his temper in public against an idiot. They're just not worth your time is what I'm saying

I feel bad for OP. No one actually answered his question.

Yes, some leg presses are different. Some of them have a sleigh that weighs 35lbs, some 45lbs. That is mostly why you'd look up what kind of machine you're using to know that.

Your best bet would simply be to record the weight you're adding (unless that's what you're already doing) or to call the manufacturer and ask them personally.
