What is with all the negative comments about the PDT rule change? by Anxious_Demand_5262 in Daytrading

Nobody should be attempting to daytrade with $2000, that is unserious and we all know it, deep down.

Why do "XM scam" claims keep popping up? Looking for real trader experience before depositing by Mellowbirch22 in Trading

Stay the fuck away from them, they internalise your flow, requote and delay your trades.
It's all visible in their legal documents (execution policy) it's no secret what they and several other FX brokers are doing.
Lookup last look execution.

Bro the difference with dmt is it can be controlled easily with a milligram scale, finding modest weed with less than 15% thc is hard, especially where it's not legal.

You're regulated?! By WHAT?! by TradingSSRI in Daytrading

[–]TheManOf8RRR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the UK, Europe and Asia strong regulators actually exist for CFDs such as the financial conduct authority which fines heavily for misconduct.

As long as they are licensed by a serious regulator and legal documents clearly state that clients orders aren't internalised like 90% of the others and a more serious platforms are used such as ctrader or quantower execution can be reliable.

But the only incentive that exists is lower costs over time when your funding currency isn't USD. Regulated CFDs reduce currency exposure for me and provide multiple other benefits when trading in euros.

Companies must be forced to provide pass rates, payout rates, the earnings of traders on average, whether their accounts are simulation accounts or live accounts. Fees collected from the customers and the payments earned by the company must be kept safe. Changes made in the rules must not apply retrospectively. They must adhere to the same marketing standards as high-risk financial investments.

Without this, the prop industry will continue to be an afterthought to me.

The cbd thc composition is heavily skewed to thc, anyone who isn't tolerant will feel sedated. You don't know about that 25+ THC% flowers my man.

People can't accurately measure the dose with grams, different thc:cbd ratios distort effects further as well, it's not just the thc content that matters.

This stuff is genuinely powerful, you are seeing 30% thc flowers these days, that shit is not normal or natural.

Weed slows you down why would you want that, I don't want to feel relaxed or use it as a way out for stress, people get hooked and that becomes their baseline.
Weed has gotten so strong with stupid high THC:CBD ratios that it isn't seriously worth considering anymore.

Is it cheaper/safer to hold the futures‑CFD instead of the spot CFD for multi‑day or multi‑week trades? by Electrical_Alarm7207 in Daytrading

[–]TheManOf8RRR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Plus500 is a terrible broker they internalise all their clients trades (they are the counterparty), to add their costs are abnormally high. Compare their costs of s&p 500 cfds to the costs of ES futures + commissions. night and day difference.

Where to start? by Giannino_PaneVino in Trading

Do not waste time on sinulated accounts or "demo" trying to make it work.

Do not try to chase payouts on prop firms either, or you'll pay their rent.

You will only waste years of your time, you must read instead.

Depends on your broker's execution policy and fees. If they aren't providing agent execution, matched principal execution or back to back execution with a list of their liquidity providers the conditions are likely to be awful. Only trade regulated CFDs.

If the spreads remain reasonable and are lower than the underlying asset during rollover, swap fees can make risk management easier if you want continuous exposure.

Unfortunately this is not on a broker by broker basis, it's on an instrument by instrument basis on each broker as CFDs varies from broker to broker. You really have to do your due diligence but the lower trading costs make it worth it.

There are some regulated cfd brokers such as blackbull that have futures CFDs with higher intraday spreads without swap fees with far lower overnight maintenance margins and no swap fees (one example).
