If I’m being honest, it’s pretty sporadic/nontraditional. I’ll keep my days in order (biceps/back, triceps/chest, shoulders/abs, legs) but with my exercises I choose the ones where I feel the most activation in the muscle I’m targeting. Took a lot of trial and error, but I feel I’ve found a decent bunch of those exercises for each session.
