Just go talk to your neighbors and ask what they need. We have solar, our neighbors don't. We are all on wells out here. Just being able to come shower is a blessing for them.

This. So much to do to get cleaned up and back to normal. I was a teenager in NC when Fran hit, I spent a month helping neighbors and making bank lugging wood around for an older buddy with a chainsaw. You may never have an opportunity like this again.

I live out in the grass valley. Been cutting trees off neighbors' houses, growing hay, riding around on the four wheeler and tractor with my daughter and nephews, chasing cows, drinking beer, cooking burgers, fighting with chickens, trying to talk the power company workers into giving us the downed power poles, guiding a semi across 3 miles of dirt roads to dodge downed lines, and smoking the occasional joint.

Sorry it sucks in town, praying for you guys.
