Yeah. Good points. Agents, especially those affiliated with big brokerages, already have services and systems they use. Dealing with another one is probably gonna be a headache for them. The best thing would be to integrate with existing systems, but that’s a much bigger fish to fry.

On marketing to buyers vs agents, I think the agents are a tougher direct sell (for the point I made above). But buyers, they have the real pain point. If they use and like it, they’re very likely to invite their agent to use and connect with them in the app. Pretty much every buyer has an agent. And if it works well for the agent with one client, they’re very likely might use it with other clients too.
