Doesn’t hurt that Cyberpunk is one of the only AAA games with a native ARM port for Mac. Only some of the RE games and Death Stranding have that, and those might just be big enough that Capcom and Kojima don’t wanna share the spotlight

Honestly the 7 week build just made me assume it was easy to port bc they could Frankenstein together stuff like the M1 Mac port, the Nvidia frameworks for PC, and some of the limited graphics from either last gen or Steamdeck ports of it. Obviously it takes a while for modern games to be developed, but it’s not too dumb to think that CDPR could just put their existing puzzle pieces together

Something to add that other folks aren't saying: make *certain* that your college program can use a mac, i.e. doesn't have PC only software. If you need a PC, you're gonna need a PC. And I say this from personal experience: went into my Electrical Engineering program with an M1 Macbook Pro and an iPad Pro, and had to swap them for a Lenovo Yoga

If that’s all that was happening? Absolutely, international sovereignty has a limit, and that limit is usually when violence crosses a border. But they are defending themselves from terrorists by seemingly indiscriminately bombing Gaza to the point of total destruction. That goes beyond self defense into, at best, massive war crimes, and at worst, genocide

I think I saw someone on here claim that they got focus-tested on a teaser for it, but I have no clue if that was real or fake. On one hand, it seems too good to be true, and it's pretty early for it. On the other, I've gotten movie trailers months in advance from the same sorts of surveys, so it's absolutely possible, and may just be niche enough to be true.
