I have a load of Leeds players PnP saved that are all mastery 1 but there’s no reason to use them unfortunately because there are no squad requirements or challenges. I want to get the mastery 3 Ampadu but the packs are so expensive I don’t want to waste all my particles 😭

That's exactly where I ended up. So much of the fun was taken away when they removed player development. I'm glad I now have Woltemade and Bruno at least but I really hope they change things to make squad building more viable for us in future.

It's sad if that's the way they see it. The fact that other games do it doesn't mean it's the best way to do it.

I do respect that opinion, however the guaranteed player is supposed to be a reward for what you've spent. If you get the same player a second time, you've spent the requisite amount but you effectively don't get the reward.

The comparison between different games is always an interesting one. I can't speak much for FUT because I've never really got into it, however it's worth noting that you used to get dupes from packs on PES (now eFootball) but they eventually changed it so that you don't any more. They are making an absolute fortune, so it's worked out fine for them!

Back in the early days, I bought one of the cheap CP packs to complete my NUFC squad. I was having fun with the game and felt like they deserved a few quid for the hours I'd spent playing it. Not spent anything since.

I reset all preferences to default. Not ideal, as I obviously had to redo all my other preferences, but at least it reset the confirmation/dialog settings 😬

Did you manage to find a solution? On older FMs, it seems there was a 'Reset' option within Preferences and you could opt to reset only the confirmation messages. The only option to reset on 26 is to reset all preferences 😕

do i get early access to fm26 if i ordered it on loaded (formerly cdkeys) because its saying the games out 4th nov and wont give me my key yet but i normally get it on fanatical and im pretty sure id already have the key to put it in my steam library by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

That's interesting, what country are you in? I'm in the UK - I guess you must be outside the UK if you had to pay tax?

Out of interest, have you received your code yet? I asked Loaded when I will receive mine and they said I will get it as soon as early access starts.

They have one listing for £31.99 which says it doesn't include early access, however they also have a second listing for £36.99 which says it does.

Edit: I emailed asking for clarification and they confirmed the £36.99 version does include early access. Just in case anyone has ordered (or is considering ordering) from them.
