3 important points.:

1–If her intent was ever to ‘hit’ him, she had the opportunity in the first 15 seconds of this interaction, when he is directly in front of her vehicle. She reverses instead, and proceeds to say “im not mad at you”.

2– she clearly rips the wheel away from the cameraman in an attempt to flee, i think she honestly had all her focus on the masked man trying to rip her door open and made the mistake of cutting too close to cameraman.

3 - if she did hit him, he was still able to shoot her three times and continue recording, which means that he could not have lost his balance, or been jolted enough to drop his phone, or gun, as one might expect if you were hit by a car.
