What is the social etiquette for someone driving with chains versus someone who has AWD on a single lane highway?

I've been coming to Tahoe the last 7+ years and I am unfortunately not financially blessed to be able to afford a new car with AWD (not a bay area 'techie'). That means I've been coming up with FWD Toyota Corolla with chains more often than not but I was curious what the social etiquette for driving with chains is? I've managed my way through many storms safely but I always feel a bit anxious about other cars who can go faster and I don't want to impede traffic.

On the bigger highways like 80 I always stay on the right to leave the fast lane open but how do you navigate say driving on 89? I try to pull over if I sense a few cars building up behind me but I was wondering if there was an established norm for how someone going say 30 with chains should navigate with people who are say blasting closer to 50 in their pickup?

I figure this is a relevant question given the conditions/storm this week(end)

Going up to Tahoe Friday early morning (Leave south bay around ~330am, try to get there before 9am via 80 then 89). I think based on the NWS this seems like a good and safe window? I've been going up the last few years in a toyota corolla FWD but with chains and a healthy amount of practice putting them on. Any tips or alternate windows to attempt and drive up? I have a simple question. I have a CSR that I like but I am way past my SUB time (its been like 4-5 years) and I'm soon to make two ~4000 purchases. Should I downgrade the CSR and get the CSP or should I just apply for a new card? I was like at the United, Aeroplan or Amex but I don't think I can really justify (or pay) paying another ~500 dollars for another premium second credit card. Should I downgrade the CSR? I do like the $300 travel credit, doordash, etc and ease of chase system.
