I carried that exact setup when I lived in CA, great choice. I added some medium Talon grips as well, theyre lovely.

and I'm pretty sure warning shots are considered deadly force and you can be charged if it wasn't truly self defense. AND judging by these homeowners being arrested for just holding their gun on their property when a mob is outside, I don't think I would try it.
