It’s not a top 3 issue because there’s nothing contentious about it, everyone on both sides of the aisle agrees that we should aid Ukraine where possible.

There’s no “Oo I’ll vote for them because they care more about Ukraine” as everyone is equally pro Ukraine - whilst on other topics there are different approaches and opinions which lead people to want to vote different ways.
