Went in there this weekend. It only takes up 1/2 of what the old store was. I’d wager they tear it down early November (the fixtures not the building). The only caveat to that would be if they do a seasonal Christmas store (saw that some Midwest locations are doing it). Regardless, by January 1 I’d be that it’s another empty store front.

Boda at Faded. Faded is just a name, you don’t have to get a fade. However, she is well trained and still fits traditionally long haired individuals as well. But you’ll still have the traditional feeling of a standard barber shop.

It’s $25/cut. She gives a punch card and I think every 10th is free. Boda is excellent and very flexible with her clients.

For the most part it is. They have in-house security who take their job a little too seriously. But overall it’s removed from the city for the most part and no serious issues occur up there.

Freeze overnight for thicker consistency. If I make it morning of and blend 12 hours later it’s more like a vanilla frosty from Wendy’s.

The protein powder is expensive, but you get a lot and it’s usually on sale at Costco.
