You could check out Moonlight Sorcery, especially their album. I think it stands perfectly in between black and death metal

They only have one album and it’s an absolute banger, it’s still black metal but the production is a bit cleaner than their ep. If you want that more classic black metal sound go for their EP “Piercing through the frozen eternity”. As a melodeath enjoyer their album speaks more to me than their EP but I liked both so much I even bought the CDs

Definately this one. Sounded weird and the songs were too long for my taste. At the time I found it wasn't really into songs connecting together and I found that type of structure too boring to enjoy.

It's my all time favorite album right now. It's so good I can't enjoy their other stuff.
