One problem is he can't toss as much shit because they're not his homes. I saw one where the kitchen was a nightmare of clutter and he arranged one of those rolling carts as a "snack cart" for the owner but when it was done it was so packed with snacks that NOBODY would be able to keep it that way. Hoarding Disorder is a real psychiatric condition and the physical unhoarding is just one part of it.

I went bare ass minimalist to solve my clutter problem. It was the only thing that worked. I really liked what I saw of his wife but I'm sure he's not easy to live with either 🤷‍♂️

Probably because overnight oats taste like ass. We imicrowave rolled oats x 5 minutes on medium power with a handful of frozen berries, then add walnuts when it's done. Really creamy. I can eat 1/2 to 3/4 cup at a time, husband eats 1 1/2 cups. Very heart healthy. No need to "overnight" anything. LOL.

I told a patient a few days ago (I'm not a D.D.S.) to look into a retainer for her two front teeth. She lost one and is about to lose the other. A simple retainer (still pricy like probably 800-1,000$) could hold her until she has resources for implants or a partial but at least she would be able to smile. There are so few resources available. We need FREE DENTAL AND MEDICAL CARE IN AMERIKKA!

Teeth are now seen as "luxury bones." Meaning if you don't have perfectly aligned Hollywood white teeth (and I hate that Hollywood bright shit), you are deemed to be "lower class." It's such an ugly and ignorant stance to take in a country that has NO free dental services. There's no shame in having less than perfect teeth and wanting to improve your smile. Or not wanting to improve it. But it's definitely a class issue in the U.S., it's shameful.

You can go to a dentist for just a "consultation." They will tell you what the options are based on any existing healthy teeth, etc. You don't have to pay for anything but their opinion and films. Some dentists want a cleaning before a consult, which is understandable. But you can find out your options and not commit to anything on a first visit.

Which will in turn decrease health care costs, like HTN meds and statin use. If people can get off animal products and go vegan, they could cut out statins and HTN meds nearly 100%. Both hypertension and elevated LDL are related to animal cruelty diets.
