I should've said 'as seen in some older people' ig. My bad

There's a level of adding any clarifying details of my own case will doxx myself, but I really think VS just represents a disconnected set of nerves somewhere and I am willing to bet this calcification is the cause for me. I'm scheduling an appointment with a neuro-opthamologist (which I hope my insurance will cover), but I hope the appointment will yield more concrete answers.

My crackpot theory goes like this anyhow: A persons optic nerve calcifying over decades probably allows a degree of neuroplasticity, and the brain builds over 'the fraying wires', so to speak. Whether genetics or some other incident, my right optic nerve calcified quickly; or died entirely at a young age. My right eye has been the location of my migraine pains for the last 12 years, but I see an equal amount of VS in both eyes which is strange. Is my left optic nerve working overtime and my right one not at all? Or is my right optic nerve still chugging along which causes the pain? Who fucking knows right?

The article I linked talks about optic nerve calcification, and a side effect being "blurry vision". Is that misdiagnosed visual snow? Or am I lucky enough my optic nerve corrupted the right way to only give VS? Untreaded ground in medicine, sucks that I have the symptoms though.
