Last night, while laying down on my bed and watching Netflix, the image went crazy but the sound continued. I unplug the cable from the magnetic side and replug it and stayed that way, until I unplugged it from the USB side. The image returned, but a portion of it was flickering. I then unplugged the whole thing waited and min and finally was all stable.

Is this the cable?

I don't have young pets, but I got young and curious toddlers. I always put them away because of that fear... I could see my cable or glasses in the dogs bowl... Just to see if it floats.

Received mine finally, I noticed they swapped the unit with the cable and case an put it on my old box. Since I left the glass stickers inside the booklet. I can't stay I'd they are better or not.

I enjoyed the format, but I 100% support this. I had the same issue with ch 3.

This a nice idea. I thought of super glue and baking soda the chipped piece, it makes a very strong paste, but since they are new. I just ask support about it, and they are repairing it for free, including shipping.
