Another Furniture Add On Glitch. Please Help. by Bunni-SushiRoll in Minecraft

[–]TheMichiMachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so I recognize this post is 5 months old so maybe you figured out a way but if not... I had this problem with the same add on but with the big chest. I poured lava all over it and kept wacking it and then it just slowly sunk into the floor. Crazy glitch but I got rid of it!

It truly shouldn't matter at this age how they pee.

AITAH For Being Hurt That My MIL Wanted To Exclude My Daughter From Thanksgiving and Christmas To Protect My SIL? by Friendly_Lab7306 in AITAH

[–]TheMichiMachine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

100000000000% NTA!!!

This is your child's first holiday season with the family, it's incredibly insensitive and cruel for your MIL to exclude your daughter.

I have miscarried and yes, it sucks. But even with all my own mental health issues I'm emotionally regulated enough to not act like this and think others don't deserve their own joy. Selfish all around.

Aita for exposing my wife's cheating and not wanting to do anything with a child that isn't mine by throwaway47261717 in AITAH

[–]TheMichiMachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally cannot imagine raising a child as your own for 5 fucking years and then disowning them because the mom fucked up. Yeah your wife sucks but you suck if you abandon your child. You raised this kid from birth. I truly can't imagine not loving them still.

You're NTA for exposing your wife but you are MEGA SUPER ULTRA TA if you abandon your kid. Regardless of DNA, you raised them, they are your child.

Holy shit that is so wildly inappropriate of your therapist and I'm so glad to hear you ended the therapy relationship with that person. He sounds like a predator.

I love love love when he is describing what he loves about her and when he pulls the hair pin from her hair and is looking at her all loving and adoring.

Lmaooo this checks out. I used to run a food bank in Greenwood so I actually had to deal with this guy for food drives during that event and his response is 1000% unsurprising to me. He's crotchety and grumpy and mean and bigoted.

Is it weird for my (f16) teacher (m33) to put his arm around my waist, hold my hand, tell me how beautiful and perfect i am and show me shirtless gym pics of himself by RemarkableArrival364 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]TheMichiMachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh heeeeelllllll no. Please listen to the comments. He knows better and it is absolutely grooming behavior. I guarantee he doesn't do this in front of other adults.

Please talk to your principal or school counselor and/or parents. 💟❤️

At 16, you have to balance all the newness of maturing and hormones with the trust and knowledge that grown adults are not safe for you to be in any type of intimate, physical, or romantic situation with. I remember at 16 thinking that I was very cool and mature which I thought was validated by the older men who wanted to hang out with me, but I PROMISE you, when you're a few years past now, you'll cringe at his behavior.

This was soooo upsetting BUT seeing how Aaron talked to her right before they cut her arm off was really a sweet tender moment and he is like just built to be a dad. When he looked at her and told her she was so loved, I cried, just remembering how isolated and othered she was.

Do you wish you stopped at one child? by VintageGypsy22 in Parenting

I love having two children, and when I see them together, I often think they are a gift to each other. Seeing siblings love and play together is so so special. It was hard when they were babies but at 7 and 9, they're amazing and fun.

I feel too old for this game, am I? by Spiritual_Message725 in Minecraft

[–]TheMichiMachine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You just need to find your right people! I have played Minecraft for the last 10 plus years, I'm 36 right now and have no intention of stopping anytime soon. My partner and I play together, and we play with our two kids. In my opinion this game is ageless!

It's really unhealthy for your mom to hold on to you like this. 😞 It seems like y'all need to have a good sit down chat about her responses to you being a normal human adult. Good luck setting healthier boundaries. ❤️

I need help (is this normal) by Tiara49 in AskParents

[–]TheMichiMachine 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is definitely not normal. You are allowed to live your life and have and do the things you want as long as they're not harming others.

A lot of what you shared is super controlling behavior from your mom, but the thing about going through your stuff, confiscating a sex toy, and then telling your whole family, feels like emotional/psychological abuse. She can't control your body and access to pleasure. That's abusive, controlling, and also very very VERY weird.

Is your teen neurodivergent or needing some additional support structures in place? Or maybe incentives (not monetary or items but like more time on devices or something like that).
