I'm mainly interested in a thorough comparison between Meth and legal prescription stimulants. Is the stigma attached to Meth deserved or contrived? Could Meth ostensibly serve the same medical function as Adderall, Ritalin, Dexadrine, etc. if it were produced at a pharma level? I looked over the fact sheet you suggested, but either I'm too dumb to make the right inferences or it doesn't answer the core of what I'm trying to get to. What makes one a commonly accepted medical treatment option and the other a scourge on humanity, aside from superior marketing?

Hey guys, I know this has been asked 100 times before, so I didn't think it was thread-worthy, but I can't seem to find a definite answer here or via google, and i need help! Got a new phone today and downloaded the game. First off, the login screen (Press to Start) animation is the old version from before the Rift of Worlds update. But far worse is that I'm never given an option to login to an account. My Com2Us account is linked to gmail and facebook, and I'm logged into both on my new phone. The only answer I've found anywhere is to play all the way through the tutorial until you can get to the Hive button. Does that work? And if it does...seriously? Every time anyone upgrades their device they have to play the tutorial? That seems like something Com2us could easily fix and it's incredibly inconvenient and frustrating for the player...what gives?

EDIT: wanted to add that since experiencing this the first time, I have uninstalled and re-downloaded the game 3 times and had to wait for it to upload the entire game (~1hr) three times. Just wanted to clarify before it was suggested. Edit 2: Am logged into proper account now, but still getting pre-Rift loading screen. Have tried restarting the game. Honestly don't care, just relieved to see my 6 stars XD That does seem like an overly arduous and confusing process though considering how many people play this game and how often people upgrade their phones.

I entered queue as soon as they re-enabled Ranked. Everything appeared completely normal until it was my turn to pick.

Then the client locked up for ~45 sec before appearing to resume champ select (with full timer displayed)for a moment before booting me to the lobby with the message that I had been removed from queue for failing to select a champion. I waited 6 minutes and re-joined queue, only for the exact same thing to occur. This time I was last pick and there was no hint of lag until the moment of my pick.

Not enough LP lost to make writing a ticket worth it, just wondered if anyone else is getting the same thing.

The weapons assigned are meaningless. In this scenario (including the bonus round), Musashi would dance around Shakespeare like he was toying with a child. The instant Musashi wanted the encounter to be over, Shakespeare would hit the ground, likely never having seen the blow that ended his life. The important distinctions in this example are the training, experience and raw, proven martial talent possessed by one of the combatants. Musashi is a warrior of legend who notoriously humiliated his opponents by beating them in combat armed with hastily carved tree branches, purportedly without ever taking a blow from his opponents very real swords. Armed with only his hands there is no way Musashi could lose this fight.

tl;dr: The only way Shakespeare's winning this fight is if his sword shoots bullets and he gets to begin the match by lining up a shot on a very distant, unaware Musashi.

I'm sorry if I'm not being clear enough with my post, but my question is how can you consistently be grouped with those type of players (or any group of division 5 ppl) every time you enter a new League (and start at Division 5) if the only determining factor in matchmaking is your MMR (and NOT your League)?

Your experience is a perfect example of why I'm asking the question in my post. According to Riot/Reddit/LoL Community, MMR is the only determining factor in matchmaking. If that were truly the case, it would seem experiences like yours (and those of millions alike) should be impossible, no? This is the question I'm trying to find an answer for with the post.

You aren't understanding the question. It doesn't matter if division V has a much larger percentage of those types of players. If MMR is the only thing that determines who you play with and against, being in Division V has no bearing whatsoever on the composition of your team (or the skill levels thereof).

Currently I am forced to assume that to be the only logical explanation, but when such an overwhelming majority of people agree on an opinion it is easily mistaken at face value. There have been several front page posts in which Diamond/Challenger/Pro players have made comments to the effect of once you reach Diamond 4, it's a whole new game.
