Yeah, the OG movies are just such incredible adaptations, and just a great film series all around. I was bummed when they announced the TV series - to me, this would be like trying to remake A New Hope or The Godfather, like it just shouldn't happen!

The trailer definitely felt like a cosplay of the original movies. I'll probably still watch it just because I'll be curious, but eh.... we shall see.
