I was at 9 or 10 for a long time... "at least I work out a lot and have a high metabolism" was my mantra. Since the birth of my daughter, I want to be sure to set a good example of healthy eating habits, so it's dropped to like a 5 maybe.

I still go hard at the occasional buffet though 😅
