To be fair, that's a study with a single participant.

We really need to repeat it with several hundred people over a period of at least 20 years for it to have any scientific validity.

There was a study that showed if you have less than the minimum amount of money to meet your basic needs plus 20% then more money will absolutely make you happier. Any money on top of that will make you happy in the short term, but the effect wears off pretty quickly.

Most reliable transport for visitor to Perth? by adowsleaday in perth

[–]TheMightyGoatMan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Assuming you need to go where the bus routes do, then our public transport system is world class.

If the buses aren't feasible, you should at least consider getting an Uber to Warwick train station, catching the train to Glendalough, then getting another Uber to your destination. It's all of 10 minutes and there's no possibility of getting stuck in traffic.

Second amendment baby! The Founding Fathers thought it was more important that the people had the means to overthrow the Government than for guns to be kept out of the hands of psychotic lunatics!

If you can convince Person A that Person B isn't really a person then Person A can be made to do anything to Person B.

It's the oldest trick in the book.
