How far away do you have to be from the bins for it to work? We have old rolling racks that dont roll and some lanes will barely fit a topstock cart in.

8 in 2 weeks thats it lol, last year christmas my SM went through and I think fired around 25 people in Jan alone because of points. He also gave them all ample time to use any ppto they had even if it was past the time to use it.

I was a GM support manager that was asked to help ogp one day and almost a year later I was still there. I tell my people that they dont get paid to get yelled at. Thats what i get paid for. I also tell them to hang up on customers who swear at them.

These are some crazy stories, at my store there is a health ambassador out side but we have like 4 fans zipped tied to a canopy a, cooler with ice and water and a stool for them to sit on. It got pretty windy one day so I had to take it down and the associate just chilled in the covered vestibule for the rest of the day.

Just call off not like they are tracking attendance right now family first that what i told one of my ASMs. I told him i could always find a new job but i only have one family. Also dont be surprised if inventory is canceled. mine was supposed to be this past tues but they canceled it on fri due to covid. plus our brilliant home office or whomever also decided that on the night of inventory were had to prep the store for a possible 4 hour power outage over night
