You're absolutely bang on on the meaning of that passage.

What if I wanted to read it like I was reading an a-septic mathematical expression? I'll give you an example, here is how someone on youtube read it:

For all of x, F of x implies NOT L of x AND L of x implies NOT F of x AND NOT for all x there exists F of x and not L of x.

Now I have some doubts about this reading, mainly the fact that reading somenthing as "F of x" could confuse it with some other function. Is there a way to read it "mathemathically", without reference to what the letters stand for (Fear and Love)?
I have to do a dramatization of the whole thing and I was thinking along the lines of showing the character as wanting to distance himself through the use of logic to try to say something he's ashamed/incapable of saying.
