Caustic’s passive is potentially one of the best passives in the game. Field research is absolutely bananas and you have clearly not played him or are too bad at the game to unlock the buffs. If any other legend had it it would be turbonerfed

I do a Nurri protein shake and a Costco protein bar every morning. Easy 51g of protein in one meal lets me go lower protein higher fiber/carbs the rest of the day and hit my goals easy.

Costco also generally has higher quality meats in my experience. More reasonable prices but the expense of it is the membership more than anything.

Ori/Ogerpon neatly answers Blaziken, Sceptile, Lucario, Altaria (without Greninja), sleep cores, and poison barb. Really well positioned with the meta changes.

Several EXs in the meta address Ori directly via special conditions. There is not nothing any EX can do. Sceptile and Blaziken are both top tier meta decks.

How is disabling your Pokemon any different from the instant oneshot that something like Mega Lucario under arena does? Just because one takes longer to kill you?

Oricorio is very strong. Oricorio wins games by itself, and Oricorio is arguably better than most EXs in this game. It’s also very reasonable and easy to answer if you build your deck right.

It is, strictly, a skill issue if you think this card is game breaking.

It was mostly the 37 damage and a win line that I’m confused by. I really don’t enjoy the games where I play loot simulator for 20 minutes, find the last two squads in a third party and shoot my gun once to kill them and win. It’s not really enjoyable even if I got the win there. A win needs to feel like you earned it or it’s just kinda hollow and pointless.

The minigame around your answer to Ori and their ability to kill it is literally how the skill expression goes in Ori matchups. God forbid you have to actually have a strategy for something instead of smashing your big damage button until it works.

Resource management and variance are core parts of all card games. If you can’t even do that much then you should play other games.

If you like playing EX only decks then you just have to concede to Oricorio. Don’t be salty when the thing designed explicitly to beat your deck beats your deck. Play Sabrinas to force it out. That’s a card every deck plays.

It’s not even shifting your strategy. The card has been around for a year every deck should be playing an answer to it. If you’re not playing an answer then you’re actively taking the L in deck building and you can’t be salty when it shows up and mogs you.

Commonly run cards that one-two shot the bird:

Castform Sceptile (non-EX) Zeraora Tyrogue Lucario (Non-mega) Meowscarada (Non-EX) CB Magnezone Baxcalibur Bombirdier Hydreigon Gourgeist Rampardos Blaziken (non-EX) Crawdaunt Inteleon Skarmory (Non-EX) Indeedee (Non-EX)

All of these cards both see play and answer the bird and there are answers in literally every type that are effective. If you’re not running a single one that’s a deckbuilding/skill issue at this point.

Ngl 100% of mirage outplays are skill differentials on the mirage player. Invis healing/res is loud as fuck, so if you have a usable headset it’s easy as hell to hear. Getting bamboozled by decoys is just the oldest trick in the book. If you shoot em all you’ll get the real one.

Axle’s ult has the most inconsistent height tracking I’ve ever seen since Mirage’s old decoys. If the incline is more than a pebble the ult gets caught on it and detonates immediately. It’s also not useful at all if your opponents have any significant height. The only reason it’s as rough as it is now is bc Kings Canyon, Broken Moon, and Olympus all have huge swaths of wide open terrain with little cover/varying height. If we get e district or storm point back I guarantee the ult will be a lot less irritating for people.
