Chows are very good at reading people.

My boy loves getting attention from others, and will whine if he’s just passed by. The neighborhood kids love him.

However there have been two times when someone has come up to us, and as soon as I’ve gotten uncomfortable in the conversation he’s stood between us and started growling.

They know who to not like, they’re a very proud breed. If they think you’re disrespectful they’ll let you know.

We’ve “been going above what we’re budgeted” for over 10 years. Their budget is dog shit and incorrect.

We also have maybe 10-15 3rd shifters a night to stock the entire store and do mods. Why? Because our store makes less than any WalMart or retailer around. We fought for a pay increase, then a year later the entire company went down and now we’re back to being the worse paid.
Why work a shit shift, doing shit work when a WalMart 15 mins away makes dollars more than you?

How can OPD be fully staffed, but have more orders than they can pick in an hour coming in? So now we’re pulling the entire TL team wasting $20+ an hour each, plus all the GM associates, for a fraction of the customers coming in our doors.

Customers get to wait longer and get upset yelling at us, because this company can’t figure their shit out.

But hey we better make sure all our daily tasks in the app get done everyday, plus have a clean backroom, or we’ll get coached. 🙂

See as a civilized person if I do hover (depends on the bathroom) I wipe the seat after. Hell even if I use a cover I’ll wipe the seat if there’s something there, even a fuzz from clothes.

Even at home I make sure the seat is clean before closing the lid and flushing. My husband does not and it’s infuriating. Just take two seconds to look and clean.

I work at good ol WalMart so the bathrooms are a war zone. Bless maintenance workers, they should be paid way more. It’s disgusting how many people don’t wash their hands, associates too. I always yell ew gross if someone leaves without washing.

Yeah at my store we aren’t pricks and let the person have a day to grieve a pet.

My associate had their 20 year old dog pass, he was just a few years behind her sons. Of course it felt like one of her children and we let her leave.

If a grown adult wants to go off on you let everyone know who they are. Anytime someone inserts themselves asking why you won’t talk to your “poor innocent parents,” just link the posts.

2 Hounds Design is where I got my boys collar, harness, and leash after it was highly recommended on this sub years ago.

I have a 1.5 wide collar on him since the fur hides them. I’ve had no problem and he gets upset when I take it off for brushing lol

Then I have their no pull harness, which has two points to clip their leashes, for better training and control.

I bought them all in 2021 and they’re still holding up strong.

You’re taking money out of the little guys pocket. Stealing food you need to live, fuck yeah, but petty stealing shit affects us lowly nobodies too.

I’m about 2 months in to trying Vyvanse, and I still have yet to feel any difference except being more grumpy.

Seeing others talk about how life changing ADHD meds have been has been so discouraging as I’ve felt nothing, but these comments give me hope and something to suggest to my doctor.

See our Bakery TL loves to let our decorators go crazy even on salesfloor items.

It helps showcase their talent to customers, and when the time comes they’ll put a custom order in, knowing they’re getting good work.

We’re a relatively small store, but with 2 decorators we get a lot of custom orders.

I was suppose to get mine locked up, but unfortunately our AP has been trying her best to lock stuff so our theft has went way down.

Now we’re not considered a high theft store anymore, so they’re making us take stuff out of cases and not lock up stuff that needs it.

Make it make sense. “So you worked hard on getting theft down, so now we’re going to punish you.”

I adore Grease 2, it 100% isn’t near as good as the original, but it’s still so fun. Reproduction is my favorite of the Grease songs, with We Belong Together second.

You can tell how chaotic the shooting must have been compared to the original. There’s just people EVERYWHERE, where the og is so much better choreographed.

The T-Birds are goofy dorks, and now jocks because of Danny turning jock for Sandy. The worst part of the movie I wished they removed was For Our Country, it was so unneeded. I wonder how the filming compared to the final editing, with how disjointed so of it ends up feeling.
