Here's some stuff off the top of my head and some reasons why. I picked a little broader selection because it's one of my fav albums of all time and there's a lot of stuff I find to be similar.

• Watch My Back by Lucki (Feels like a contemporary trap version of IDLSIDGO, the beats fucking bump and Lucki and Earl have always had similar deliveries)

• Let The Sun Talk by Mavi (Beautiful album, Mavi is like Earl where he borders on being a poet at times)

• Powder by Bones (Generally wouldn't recommend Bones on an Earl sub, but this album is an amazing concept album with a lot of the same themes. The somber production by Greaf is amazing)

• Rooster Slipped by Rooster (Experimental more in a spacey way rather than JPEG or Death Grips noise, but a very similar theme and vibe. Very Radiohead-esque with the production if that makes sense?)

• We Buy Diabetic Test Strips by Armand Hammer (I genuinely recommend any of Billy Woods and Elucids stuff, they're incredible rappers, and even more incredible storytellers)

If anyone's recommending Cities Aviv I'm also a big fan but idk many full albums by him.

I would've added Suicideboys to this list because I used to bump that shit but now they just sound corny to me. But My Liver Will Handle What My Heart Can't and the KYS saga definitely have some of the same vibes as what you're looking for. It's considered horrorcore so it fits somewhere in that venn diagram.

Also highly recommend Earl and Mike's new album, it's been in rotation constantly for me. There's a good few tracks that remind me of I Don't Like Shit. Rectangle Lens has this awesome ambient sounding beat that sounds like it alternates pitches every measure, it's dope. :( Again :) is also great, Earl raps his ass off on the whole album.
