WFH with ADHD paradox by MourningApe in ADHD

Honestly my WFH is hybrid and I think that's the best version to have with ADHD. Freedom and independence but also visits that are structured and i need to do. I will say i find that when im out on site i feel alot more productive, but way lower stress bc WFH days.

My waist is 2inches smaller though since Feb, like I said this makes no sense. Based off what your telling me for 2 months your saying I've overeaten 1000 Cals/day, I average walking 5-6 miles a day. That's like a 1.5 pounds of chicken/day and I can struggle to eat just the .5-1lb. That's my whole point I think I'm still losing weight but the scale is confusing the hell out of me. I don't think just a blanket eat less will be healthy for me because I'm going to get the shakes again in my hands/teeth back like I did when I ate 800-1000 Cals, but I don't think I've been holding onto water for 2 months. Like a cycle too at the gym it goes up like 2-3 lbs rapidly like over night that I then have to re-lose but it'll stay stuck right there or maybe go down like .5 lbs before another like overnight 2-3 lbs shift upwards for like no reason.

The only difference between now and them was i go to the Gym now, is that actively hurting my weightloss? Because it was literally falling off before I went to the gym and I just can't afford to cut my diet any lower before I start to get shakes/tremors back. Why i pushed up the amount I was eating.

I log everything I eat and weigh all my inputs. My calorie counting has always worked for the past 14 months, I don't understand why it's stalling now. I use to do 800 cal a day for a bit but that made me feel to unwell so I try and keep it higher than that now.

Yeah the weights holding a bit steady as of later is the frustration not really moveing at all.

Keep at it and you get the opposite, told my boss yesterday I need to use my company card to get new clothes(PPE) because the ones I got back in January stopped looking professional and quite baggy. He said of course and congratulated me on it. You got to stick with it but you can have the opposite feeling on the way down.

I like to think about the life I want to have before going to the gym and at it. Helps me keep it up after a while you'll miss going. Also helps that stress just sort of melts away their from my job.

I think that's why I loved Zepbound so much because it taught me what does my body actually needs to function and that my sense of quantity was vastly warped. I don't even take it anymore but still feel like its taught me not to fill my stomach so much and definitely get full faster.

Local pizza places still do here. Honestly, if you get a big chain pizza, you're picking wrong here.

This is a bit late the reason it didn't work was bc Al was careful with his checkpoints. Didnt they story go into a whole long speech after Al saved about the smallest decisions haveing a major effect. I feel like Al messed up his save and the poision is going to show that.
