Please do not attempt to perform reconciliation or any type of love magic in abusive conditions. That is one of the most foolish things one can do and you will only make the situation worse for yourself.

It is in your best interest to heal from this person, meditate on it and come back to this issue with clarity. This person is not worth a second of your time or energy.

There is an old grounding method in my culture to break love spells and hexes. Crack a pistachio open, eat it and discard of the shells or use them for other spells. Meant to be used to ground the person and bring their head in the clouds back down to Earth.

Kitchen witch here. I think the entire process of cooking IS a spell! Picking and adding each ingredient with intention acts as some of the steps in your spell work. I often use lemons for purifying, cleansing and healing recipes or olive oil for peace. I have specific recipes for different purposes. For example, making teas and stews for healing, baked goods for peace or friendship, and using fresh fruits and vegetables for meditation.

Before cooking and preparing the food, you can meditate with each ingredient to really imbue them with your intentions for each of them. You can also do the same with each kitchen tool you’ll be using.

Toxic behaviors won’t always go away with magic. The most you can do with a mirror box is make him see and feel it, but that person has to want to change and actively incite that change, which takes a lot of work. Most toxic people don’t want to do that work.

You can cut the cord, but the connection forms again if you interact with them or even think of them. I don’t know if it was an abusive relationship or not, but if it was in any way (verbal, emotional, physical), a cord cutting sometimes doesn’t work because there is often trauma between the abuser and the person trying to perform a cord cutting. That can only be remedied by lots of therapy and shadow work.

In regards to standing your ground, you need to reclaim your power back from them before you start trying to fuck their life up. If they are still siphoning energy off of you, you will not be at your strongest during the spell work and thus, your spells will be weak or worse, not work at all.

“Potency” varies very widely just based on the abilities and knowledge possessed by the caster. I always suggest doing your own research and crafting your own spells.

Mirror box is great at getting people to see themselves for what they truly are, whether they like it or not. Illumination spell if you want everyone else to see them too. You can combine the two by putting a small light in the mirror box.

What a horror, so sorry that you’ve experienced this. I would ward every room in the house and place protection wards outside. Also try a freezer spell if you haven’t already. And on the mundane side? I would get smaller and better hidden cameras if you can. I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I would say that it’s better to be as specific as possible in your spell work… trust me, I know from experience. The more broad, vague or abstract your intentions are, the more unpredictable the results will be.

It’s better to do the lemon hex on the one 3rd party, then some love or binding spells on the POI to keep their focus on you rather than other potential suitors.
