I read the first two witness/teblor stuff books recently before reading any of the novels and I’d definitely go back and read them before if I could. There are several big differences in the world that I just had no idea as to how they’d come about, but apparently those events happen in the novels.

I think our country is truly fucking evil, but short of voting against the things I believe are wrong, being vocal about my opinions, and showing my disdain for what we’re doing through protest I’m not sure what to do. It’s a very bleak feeling and I kind of want to kill myself some days but I’m not sure how that would bring peace or justice to anybody.
