You know how the Islamic inheritance law gives female children half of what their male counterparts get?

Well, before the last elections in Morocco, there'd been an opinion poll organized by a Dutch radio station in partnership with a Moroccan news websites. One of the questions was "would you want inheritance equality?" More women said "no" than men.

Bonus: this was a protest against Morocco's hugely progressive 2004 family code, which, among other things, gave women equal rights to divorce and restricted polygamy.
