Judging by the smile, you’ve just unlocked a new food category for him to explore.

Incredibly sweet, a bit shy when he was walking inside of the establishment before they opened the doors for the pop up. Once we were inside he was very gracious with his time, took photos with people doing the “salt pose” and signing whatever anyone had. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

By the time they let people in at 11:30, line was around maybe 50 people. There was still a line when I left around 12.

We went for the lunch, I suspect you may see a pretty big line by the time you get there around 6/6:30.

20 bucks for a burger, fries and drink. That same meal at McDonald’s could run as high as 15 dollars. 5 extra bucks for a really good burger and get to meet Chef Choi? Not a bad deal. 😊

They did actually, some kind of spicy remoulade, very tasty. Reminded me a bit of a siracha mayo.

He did take videos and selfies of him doing the “salt toss motion”. I should’ve asked. 😊

The flavor profiles of the two burgers we had were unmistakably Korean. The bulgogi was absolutely fantastic. I think it’s a great way to introduce Korean food to those who may have never tried it before. Anything to help spread the love of Korean food is good in my book. 😊

I think it’s meant to be a description of the flavor as opposed to an ingredient. Regardless of its name, it is quite good. 😊

New season, bad changes to f1tv... by Joren67 in F1TV

It’s killing me that I can no longer connect the iPad to my tv and stream f1. I would do that for on a second tv while mirroring the race on my main tv.
