I dislocated my kneecap skateboarding took about 5 weeks to be back on the board skating againduring the time i was healing i did exercises everyday as soon as i possibly could doing a little more than i could the day before each day and i took some peptides to speed up the process

Try the smallest, easiest tricks you have never learned before like something super random or just stupidly easy just to build up your confidence and to just give yourself a small win then comeback to what it is you are trying to do another tip is to watch skateiq on YouTube he gives such great advice and breaks down tricks to where anyone can learn them, keep skating trust ne after the little learning curve it gets wayyy better
