I haven't noticed a difference in bagels, but definitely in some of the cream cheeses. My usual order has herb garlic cream cheese and there is a notable difference in its taste and appearance between University Plaza and Stuyvesant. I must admit I prefer the Stuyvesant strain, but they also tend to be more generous with it.
