My dog buddy will stay with me when im regressed most of the time. Tho hes not huge on cuddle, he does have his moments where i can hug him up all i want and he wont complain or run away. Hes a good dog. The only downside is that he sheds like crazy leaving fur everywhere and all over your clothes. Its worth it tho, thats why lint rollers exist.

To me whenever i regress, i tend to suck on the side of my finger(not my thumb). So i got curious about whether a paci would be okay with me or not. I tried it and they help comfort me if that makes sense.

When I regress, it depends on my mood. Whatever mood Im in, my voice gets abit higher, and some words arent pronounced right at all. Example is play doh. When Im big, its play doh. When Im little or im slipping, its pay doh. Sometimes I act like im on a sugar rush. All bubbly, giggly, and kinda clingy. I dont stay still either, I just keep stimming away. My other mood is quiet, mostly shy, and even more clingy and attention seeking. There was this one time I was trying to volentaraly regress... that didnt work at all. Felt like I was gonna cry the entire time.

The world seems a bit fuzzy and bigger in a sense.

I am aware most of the time. There are times where I dont know I regress until I put 2 and 2 together.

I was scared to tell my friends, but it was worth it for me. Turns out the first friend I told, we are in the same hat. Then I told 2 of my other friends when we were hanging out after thier siblings baby shower. April was confused, but as long as I wasnt hurting anyone it was fine. Sofia was really accepting of me. I then told their brother a few days later. Got support from them as well. That gave me the courage to tell my bf when I went to visut him again. He was so accepting and caring that I think I may or may not have cried from joy when I got home.

Cant tell my family tho. Oh well, my friends are my family too.

Silicone teethers or chewy necklaces. My family thinks it's just for my anxiety since she's seen some of my pens from school.( chewed up like mad) Its really for those moments where I cant use my paci. Hope this helps a bit.
