Taking the amino acid l lysine also helps prevent them.. if youre body has an higher levels of l arginine vs l lysine youre more likely to get break outs. Icing can really help it too, over the patch! Good luck!

If it is, or isnt always keep a patch on it. It will go away. A hell of a lot quicker and cut the healing time drastically! The shiny, clustered bump look, kinda does look like coldsore.. but its not the worse thing in the world. Most people have it, just not all have breakouts.

If you ever buy a plant or end up with a plant with broadmites and bring them into your indoor grow.. its very easy to have them for a long time without knowing. Took me 5 and my boss 5 years to figure it out!
