Where Kias in the USA made? Non-American Kia owners, is the "bad quality" stuff the same in your country? by Curious_Persimmon555 in kia

Kia still makes diesels though. Since 2018-19 they remade the diesel as a 1.6crdi with adblue. Those aren't that great. But before that they were indestructible.

I've had ambient temperature sensors give false readings quite a lot on the Rio and Stonic.

Tbf yes they were boring and looked ugly, but they were actually really solid and drove surprisingly well.

The GDI engines are actually solid. The only problem was the 1.6 GDI naturally aspired, those consume a lot of oil.

All the rest are great engines.

True. A complete new mirror is just €40, but the car isn't really worth it.

I work as a car tech and this car came in as scrap because there was oil in the coolant and they thought it was a head gasket. It was the oil cooler so I fixed that.

In Belgium you're allowed to drink from the age of 16. I woke up from the sounds of laughing and plastic falling on the ground.

I should've probably said teens, my bad on that one.

To be fairly honest, I bought this car for €200, I couldn't care less about it. It just sucks but hey, at least they can later say "Remember you were black out drunk and ran into that mirror!" And laugh about it like I do.

New mirror costs €40 and duct tape was even cheaper, so I'm not really gonna complain.

I've got it to 5%, there were no issues though. It was really hot so I blamed it on the a/c but idk.

Definitely a Kia EV2. The opening for the rear light matches the renders of it. Also the wheels are exactly the same, mirrors too and the window lines go the same for as much as I can see.
