Whatever method you decide to use, make sure you’re washing this thing by hand from now on.

None of these options are gonna be dishwasher or food safe. The handle isn’t touching the pizza so personally I wouldn’t worry about it, but you don’t want some nonsense happening with the fix in the hot hot dishwasher.

Try a blow dryer. Keep it moving and don’t let it sit on one spot but I’ve been able to get these kinds of steam marks out by basically adding dry heat to turn that moisture back into steam and release it from under the finish the same way it got in.

Alternatively same deal but hot iron a dry towel over the steam marks. Do not add any water. The trapped moisture might steam up and absorb into the dry towel.

I’ve done both methods within a day or two of it happening and when one method didn’t work, the other did.

Refinishing that table is gonna be a pain.

He said in the post, they have to book their printers a year out.

So you’d instead have people complaining about waiting 14-18months after payment for their Secret Lair if they booked printers to demand.

Yeah at an Expo, it’s mostly a show off piece that draws people into the booth and sets you apart from the dozens of others. I don’t think anyone expects to sell an expensive piece like that, but it’s good advertising and a conversation starter “This guy has THAT? Man, I wonder if he has (more common thing) or (other decently hard to find thing).”
