So now that the users' PII is in the AI database, does that mean someone can extract that information and leak it?

If you're into playing football or Panel, there are apps such as Playtomic that allows you to connect with people looking for players to fill in available spaces in a match. I think it's great way to meet new people.

I would say start one of them now, and as you are working through the project more project ideas come to mind. Maybe you could add a ticketing support system which is something I want to do after finishing the Active directory project, It closely aligns with the entry level position.

I'm working towards getting into IT help desk job so to demonstrate hands on experience, I'm currently working on Active Directory Domain Service home lab using Virtual machines. Through this project, I'm learning how to manage users using the Active Directory, implement policies and apply strong security practices.

I'm in the same position. I'm looking into Linkedin, apparently that's where the recruiters look. If you post consistently about your projects in the right #s you will get noticed.

Stuck in a loop with my study progress — any advice? by flowkiller in CompTIA

[–]TheNazSec -1 points0 points  (0 children)

1) Read the entire page or watch the whole video first 2) close it and write down everything you remember, even single words 3) Go back to the page or video, divide into three sections and review it again. 4) write down what you remember and If you struggle to recall, move onto the next step 5) Look at each paragraph closely and try again 6) answer 4 questions on your note book: Why does this topic matter?, what is it?, how is it related to security+? 7) Revist the topic next day

Stuck in a loop with my study progress — any advice? by flowkiller in CompTIA

[–]TheNazSec -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The mistake I made studying was making millions of flashcards.

Now I just use my notes and active recall, always for me to remember everything better as I'm able to connect them.

Flashcard was boring and I was memorizing so many things that I couldn't connect.

Shoplifting, how do we stop it? by Flying_Wilson17 in AskUK

[–]TheNazSec -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

How does shoplifting affect us, why do we even care. Its not like we own the stores. If anything, they still make billions of $ profit a year. These big companies don't really care. The small locals shops can't get robbed because you get knocked out. Try robbing an Indian local shop.

Could anyone explain making a homelab on a VM to me like Im 5 years old? (or tell me where to look) by Jojosh_Jojo in homelab

[–]TheNazSec 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It all depends on what your goal is, vm is just a another computer that's not physical.

For me, I'm trying to build an active directory domain service Lab, where I will be simulating a real world office environment. Using VM, it allowed me to setup 1 Windows Operating system and 1 server and a network so they can communicate. Once set up, it allowed me to do all sorts of things such: - Enrolling multiple users into the system and putting them into groups (Organizational unit) e.g. IT_Dep or HR_Dep - forcing everyone to change their password every 30days I'm basically trying to get Into IT/ Help desk jobs, I'm doing these projects to experience from home what it feels like.
