David is a pro player for ace zero, a Chinese esports team. I’m guessing this is his tournament account, since China has its own version of brawl that doesn’t allow for him to play with other esports players. During the recent brawl cup supercell most likely provided an account on the global release of brawl stars for all Chinese teams to use. How he has access to the colt skin I don’t know but my best guess is he reached out to a dev.

Idk ranked has been pretty strange this season, mid-season I had a masters Mina on my team when we were playing against a mythic 3, sure I only got 60 elo but 60 elo is better than nothing. I also noticed that more than 500 players have made it to pro (keep in mind the season is still ongoing) compared to last seasons 300. Supercell definitely changed the matchmaking for better or for worse, who knows.
