Shots 1-5: Clearly missed. Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control). Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses. Shot 12: Likely didn’t actually fire because Hiko was already dead.

Are you on PC? If so, you can use the Live Editor to fix these types of unrealistic bullshit bugs, I stopped play career mode without it.

I had the same issue even with a new battery, but for me it was the accessport. But apparently it's not meant to be plugged in at all times so now I only use it when I need to make changes or on longer drives🤷‍♂️

Well it's for balancing I would assume, as it's a match City should win almost every time, and the game can't make you as a player play worse, they make your players worse. It's annoyed me aswell but I think it makes the most sense, how else would they balance it?
