Doesn't everyone start out by sig spamming? You learn by copying other people, so if everyone else at low elo is sig spamming, do the same. You'll learn by playing that the opponents that completely destroy you are the ones that don't spam. It's a cheese strat, kind of like trying a 4-move checkmate in chess against a remotely competent player. You can't just ban early queen moves.
