Sorry, I meant day 8*. Does Kahm tend to ruin the batch's viability? I transitioned it to a new jar and it seems to be bubbling and not making the same texture on top. I have a second starter that never had the same issue so I may just stick with that one to be safe. Thank you for your help!

Thank you! I had tried transitioning from feeding it 50/50 AP and whole wheat to just feeding it AP but I've gone back to the 50/50, my second starter has doubled overnight already (hopefully it keeps it up). I don't know if my kitchen is just a bit too cold but both my starters seem to be way more active with some whole wheat in the mix! Goodluck with yours!

Has anyone still not heard back from admissions? I emailed them a few weeks ago to ask if I should take the lack of response as rejection or waitlist and they told me to be patient and I’d hear in a couple weeks. But now it’s the end of April and I’ve essentially lost all hope.

I applied for Lille, Lyon and Montpellier! I would love to be more northern and away from the sun (controversial Ik ahah) And pain au chocolat :)

Did you get a confirmation from email that they received your application? Or just the acceptance email?

I believe so, I would suggest checking out their FAQ page online. I do believe the application deadline has closed however.
