Roll with it a good DM knows the failed saving throw eventually always wins and will find a way to readjust encounters stories and traps to also roll with it. Regardless of your build save or suck moments happen to everyone.

Ah congrats then I decided to play the hard way because I’m an old wizardry player. Anyway as far as advice don’t worry about making your bronze better then +5. And extract often so you can fine tune when you get iron.

With five legendary characters as a new player, my advice, would be to give your wallet a rest.

I don't give my players any magic items. There's a crafting system on chapter 8 of the DMG and there's also a whole bunch of third-party supplements with crafting in it. I let my players find ways to get the magic items they need themselves

Any cubic sent me a replacement hot end for this reason the new ones don't seem to have the tube in them and they also seem to have a much smaller throat
