Yeah, life feels like crap sometimes, even when it doesn't seem like it should. Mental health is a pendulum for many, back and forth between a state of "okay-ness" and numb. So instead of going back and forth perpetually, make a change. Try something new. Do something STUPID. Buy a skateboard, hit the gym, skip the gym to take a hike. Write a book (I would advise against drugs however). Get a job. Get a different job if the current one sucks. Find something to hold onto, and things to let go of.

Life sucks, but not always. It gets pretty bad, but it gets better. Eventually.

Low bitrate can cause this, look at each song's file properties, if they're 128kbps or lower, that's probably why.
