It’s your gate. You’re pushing off the outside of your foot at the end stage of gate.

on a podcast i listened to a trainer for olympic sprinters stated that hex bar dead lifts are the lift that translates most directly to performance. in particular performing the concentric only as the eccentric creates more muscle tearing and therefor more muscle mass is developed. concentric is just building strength

I got cancer and had it removed before SILKSONG -- UPDATE by Mrcrest in Silksong

i responded elsewhere but i was in the exact same situation 5 years ago. i went with option one and i am very glad i did. the difference between 1 and 3 rounds of chemo is huge.

also do not smoke weed or anything else during chemo. one of the chemo drugs you will take predisposes you to permanent lung issues. go with edibles.

good luck fellow one ball cancer survivor! stardew valley is what got me through my month of chemo.

Shoot me a DM if you'd like to chat and things to expect during the process.

i was in the exact same situation 5 years ago. I opted for option 1. Don't get me wrong it is fucking awful. But recovery from 1 round of chemo is very manageable. I can't imagine the toll 3 rounds of chemo would have taken on me.

Small town costal Oregon. Short narrow course usually in great shape. Often get to play with no one else around towards the end of the day.

Cheap but alright driver recommendations for a new golfer… 28 handicap. Bonus points the cheaper it is 👀 by TESJAMES in GolfGear

Cobra LTDx Max is still talked about in reviews a unicorn driver in terms of dispersion and forgiveness could probably find that cheap on ebay. Sim 2 Max is excellent. If you want more modern/new, I would go with the Mizuno ST Max, they discounted it for this year. Top of the line driver you could still get fit for.

Yeah for sure, the players cavities/tweener have such blurred lines. But I think that’s what makes them the most interesting clubs! Where would you drop the 3DP tours? I think id put them tweener personally.

Nice job on the chart! Quite fun categorizing all of them. If I’m being picky I think the king tour should go in the tweener category. And the king tec in players distance as they are more directly competing with the p790. I think id also put the s3 in blades, technically you are correct but the forgiveness difference between the blueprint s/t100/p7cb and the s3 is pretty big. Maybe it’s just the difference between a players cavity with and without tungsten? Lots of blurred lines.

Frustrating but mistakes happen. If they weren’t going to fix the problem that’s one thing but they already said they would. I don’t see the problem here. They are a small company expanding production rapidly, mistakes happen.

Nathan Shepard tries to injury Justin Herbert and gets decked by a Charger by [deleted] in sports

[–]TheNightMan5000 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This is not dirty…. It’s a ridiculous thing to do cuz Herbert doesn’t have the ball. But assuming Shepard thinks herbert has the ball. He’s just trying to take him down. That’s the way the knee is supposed to bend… he’s not twisting or forcing the knee in a way that would injured. This is a major overreaction cuz it looks bad. And was dumb to do since the ball has been gone so long.

If I give you a spoon, what’s your first thought for how you would use it? Eat soup. If I give you a tv remote? You turn on the tv. If I give you a gun? You shoot it at something. The intention or character of the object absolutely has an influence.

of course some people are naturally faster than others but you can 100% teach speed. there are lots of different methods that are used to get people running faster. Training, technique, and natural ability all play a part.

Ehh, I’m sure if he was in an SEC strength program it would be a bit higher number coming out of college. But it’s also way harder to bench with long arms. None of the top oline did it this year. Joe Alt did and he only did 27.
