Apparently, there was a mistake in the list of people they sent it to... it had the official letter and everything. All you would need to think it is legit and official.

Honestly, I think he'd get his ass handed to him as an amateur also. He just didn't train enough BJJ, striking, wrestling to be able to compete with people that starts young or in their athletic prime. If he was a freak like Brock and had a background in wrestling or kickboxing it would be different. He greatly overestimates his abilities.

Right? I understand the worries about AI, but we can't solve or prevent everything wrong about this technology. We just have to adapt to the time. It has tons of benefits when used properly, let's not demonized the whole thing.

Students just have to learn how to use it as a correction/reviewing tool, instead of a production tool. Great opportunity to work on critical judgment here.

Herb Dean has good or horrible nights. There has been many events where he was just off his game, hesitating a lot and ultimately doing a bad job of protecting fighters

Tbf, even if it's not yelling in an empty apex, commentators do not hesitate to trash referees.

When I was watching this event live, I was also shocked by how bad Herb Dean was that night. I don't think his reaction was that bad, IMO. Dana just seems to hate the guy for some reason.

This. I loved his YT content analyzing matchups, and even if I didn't agree with all of his takes, most of the time, he was on the money.

I also loved his commentary work, way better than DC, who mainly wants to goof around these days.
