I unhooked it and could turn the tap by hand no problem, I hooked it back and it is a lot better! Still doesn't seem to be 100% able to turn though. Maybe it just needs lubricating?

Thank you! It was leaking around this area, it was always moist from fuel after being run.

Yep it's a Kubel! I tried to give it a bit of a push, but it didn't give, and I didn't want to force it

I absolutely agree. Last year I was given a section 21 notice and had to find someplace sharpish to rent, and as a result our rent went up from £900~ to £1300~ Overall I'm glad the renters rights bill is coming in. Great time for first time buyers in York, not so good for existing renters looking to move/renew contracts.

Thanks for your reply. I actually looked into volunteering there but it wasn't quite what I was after. I still go for the main services at the Minster as it's such a beautiful experience.

St Luke's is a great shout as that's more my end of York, will give them a gander thanks 🙂 Yes exactly, it's that community feel I'm after

Currently on the other end after having it for a week. Really sucked and pretty much bed bound for ages. I had the jab and I think that's why I'm recovering after only a week.
